Get Started

Getting started is simple. WellPack Pharmacy accepts prescriptions by any means permitted by law, including electronically, by phone, or by fax. Your provider can send your prescription directly through our secure system. Prefer a hands-off approach Just call us, share your provider’s details, and our team will take care of everything for you.

Simply submit your prescription details online, or call us based on your location, and our team will take care of the rest. If refills are available, we’l coordinate the transfer directly with your current pharmacy. Once received, we review your prescription for accuracy, confirm your information, and send you a secure link to complete checkout and set up your delivery.

We make refills easy. If you have refills remaining, we’ll process them right away. If not, we’ll contact your provider to request authorization and keep you updated so your medication is filled without delay.

Most prescriptions are processed and shipped the same day they’re received. After pharmacist verification, your order is promptly dispatched for delivery.
